  2. Client Obligations: The client agrees to cooperate with Sachdev AI Solutions in a timely manner, providing necessary information and access to resources required for the successful delivery of consultancy services.
  3. Intellectual Property: Any intellectual property developed or provided by Sachdev AI Solutions during the consultancy engagement shall remain the property of Sachdev AI Solutions, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
  4. Confidentiality: Both parties agree to keep confidential all non-public information obtained during the consultancy engagement. This includes but is not limited to trade secrets, business plans, and proprietary information.
  5. Payment Terms: The client agrees to pay Sachdev AI Solutions the agreed-upon fees for the consultancy services. Payment terms, including invoicing details and due dates, will be specified in the consulting agreement.
  6. Termination: Either party may terminate the consultancy engagement with written notice if the other party breaches a material term of these terms and conditions. In the event of termination, the client shall pay for all services provided up to the termination date.
  7. Limitation of Liability: Sachdev AI Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of or related to the consultancy services provided, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
  8. Force Majeure: Sachdev AI Solutions shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, or government restrictions.
  9. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.

Cancellation

  1. Cancellation Requests: Clients may request to cancel consultancy services within 3 days by contacting at harpreet@sachdevaisolutions.com
  2. Time Frame for Cancellation: Cancellation requests are subject to approval and must be made within 3 business days of the initial service agreement or before the commencement of the consultancy services, whichever comes first.
  3. Cancellation Fee: Depending on the stage of the consultancy project, a cancellation fee may apply. The fee will be communicated to the client upon approval of the cancellation request.

Refund

  1. Refund Eligibility: Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. To be eligible for a refund, clients must demonstrate that the consultancy services did not meet the agreed-upon specifications or that there were significant deviations from the mutually agreed scope of work.
  2. Refund Process: Refund requests must be submitted in writing to harpreet@sachdevaisolutions.com. Our team will review the request and respond within 3 business days.

Exceptions

  1. Force Majeure: If the cancellation is due to events beyond our control, such as acts of nature or other force majeure circumstances, a full or partial refund may be granted at the discretion of Sachdev AI Solutions.
  2. Client Responsibilities: Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and cooperating throughout the consultancy process. Failure to fulfill client responsibilities may impact refund eligibility.

  4. Virtual Consultations: For virtual consultations, we will utilize secure online platforms or video conferencing tools. Details for accessing these sessions will be provided to the client in advance of the scheduled consultation.
  5. In-Person Consultations: If the consultancy service involves in-person sessions, the location, date, and time will be agreed upon in advance. Any associated travel costs or expenses will be communicated and agreed upon before the service is confirmed.
  6. Confirmation and Reminders: We will send confirmation emails or notifications to the client, confirming the details of the scheduled consultation, including date, time, and any relevant information to ensure a smooth and productive session.
  7. Rescheduling or Cancellation: If the client needs to reschedule or cancel a consultation session, we request timely communication. Rescheduling is subject to availability, and our cancellation policy may apply.
  8. Client Responsibilities: Clients are responsible for ensuring their availability and readiness for scheduled consultancy sessions. Any required preparatory steps or information requested by Sachdev AI Solutions should be provided in a timely manner.
  9. Post-Consultation Support: Depending on the terms of the consultancy service, post-consultation support or follow-up may be included. Details regarding any follow-up support will be communicated during the consultation.
  10. Feedback and Satisfaction: We value client feedback. After the consultancy service is delivered, we encourage clients to provide feedback on their experience to help us continually improve our services.
